My Approach
At the heart of my work is a simple intention: To help people return to themselves.
Most of our suffering doesn’t come from life itself.
It comes from living outside of ourselves. I know this not just intellectually, but experientially. In 2020, I went through a profound awakening. I realized the world was not what it seemed and that realization was terrifying.
At the time, my children were still in high school, on the edge of adulthood, and they needed steadiness, direction, and safety from me. Meanwhile, everything I thought I understood about reality about myself about life was quietly unraveling.
I didn’t yet have language for what was happening inside me, and I didn’t trust what I was seeing outside of me. What I did know was that I couldn’t keep looking outward for answers. So I went inward. That inward turn led me through layers of my own shadow old beliefs emotional patterns survival strategies I’d carried since childhood and yes even deeper imprints that felt older than this lifetime. It wasn’t glamorous. It wasn’t linear. And it certainly wasn’t about becoming better. It was about becoming honest.
From identifying with thoughts emotions roles and stories to recognizing the awareness that was witnessing them. When we forget who we are we start chasing wholeness externally through people outcomes approval security or control. That’s where anxiety burnout resentment and confusion are born.
My work isn’t about fixing you. It’s about helping you return to yourself.
I hold a compassionate grounded container one where you’re met without judgment blame or labels. A space where nothing needs to be defended and nothing about you is wrong.
When you reconnect with that inner point of awareness life doesn’t become perfect. It becomes coherent. You stop leaking energy. You stop abandoning yourself. You stop outsourcing your power.
And from that place relationships change patterns dissolve and decisions become simple.
