Biofeedback Wellness Session (60 min) $77.00

Flexible Contribution

Sessions are offered on a flexible contribution basis. $77 is the suggested starting contribution. You are welcome to choose an amount that feels accessible and appropriate for you.

We use a frequency based wellness device to explore the bodies responses and patterns. The session offers wellness focused insights that can support relaxation, self awareness, and a deeper connection with your own experience.

The initial biofeedback frequency session will take approximately 60 minutes in length.

We will run a full body scan which runs 12-15 minutes in duration. It gives us information about areas that may be out of balance or may benefit from further attention.

From there, we take time to talk about what the assessment is showing and what you are experiencing. Specific frequencies may then be applied as part of your session.

But the technology is only one part of the work.

Awareness is the doorway.

Biofeedback can give us information about what is happening within your system, but information by itself does not necessarily create lasting change.

This is where awareness comes in.

Alongside the biofeedback process, we explore mindfulness and self awareness. The intention is to help you become more attuned to your own patterns, responses, and experience so that what happens during a session can become part of how you move through everyday life.

Awareness is the doorway.
Practice is the work.
Biofeedback is the tool.
Integration is the change.

The goal is not simply to have an experience on the table and leave it there.

It is to become more aware of yourself and to develop practices that support that awareness in your everyday living.
