This pocket e-book guide has been three months in the making, but in truth it’s the fruit of years of release, remembrance, and walking the path home to myself.

This guide is a constellation of lanterns, each one a reflection, a mirror prompt, a reminder guiding you back to the place where answers already live: within you.

This book is both a mirror and a companion. It won’t tell you who to be.  

It will remind you who you already are.
